HOW THE BOOKING PROCESS WORKS:
Please pay the non-refundable booking deposit of $50 or $100. (Any invoice total under $300 is $50. Any invoice $301 + is $100 deposit.)
You can choose to pay your booking deposit via: Website, PayPal Invoice, Zelle, or Venmo.
Upon arrival of your PAID booking deposit or your payment in full for the Buy Now & Save Now and the receipt of your booking form submission, you will receive 2 emails from ENE within 3-4 business days: Invoice from PayPal & Email from ENE with your service agreement.
***SHOULD THERE BE ANY DELAYS IN RECIEPT OF THIS INFORMATION FROM ENE, YOU WILL HEAR FROM US. MOST TYPICAL IS DURING PEAK PARTY SEASONS & HOLIDAYS. Your invoice will reflect either your paid booking deposit payment or your Payment in FULL for the Buy Now & Save Now. If you have not paid your booking deposit, please pay it upon receipt of your PayPal Invoice. We can not begin your booking process until we receive that. Upon receipt of your invoice, you can choose to pay your remainder balance due or wait until the day of the event, which will be due upon artist arrival and non-refundable.
To take advantage of our Buy Now & Save Now program and receive 10% off your entire invoice, you must pay the same day you submit your booking form within our Business hours of 10am-6pm. This special offer can not be combined with other offers. Upon receipt of your entire payment in full it becomes non-refundable, but if for any reason you need to reschedule your party date after your purchase, your payment is good on file for 6 months.
**If you have made a payment and submitted your booking form on a Friday or over the weekend, Please note your paperwork will arrive anytime by the following business weekday (Monday - Friday), permitting it does not fall on a holiday. Thank you.**
Upon receipt of your booking deposit OR payment in full AND THE RECEIPT OF YOUR SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT,then your event / party date & time will be officially confirmed and BOOKED! This will conclude your booking process. YOU WILL RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT.🥳
